 This is an individual contributor's role responsible for client acquisition for Recruitment and Staffing Services.

  • Interaction with CEOs and Hiring Managers for pitching of recruitment and staffing services.
  • Inside sales, cold calling, meeting clients  for pitching of recruitment and staffing services to hiring companies across MNCs, MSMEs and Startups.
  • New Business Acquisition and client servicing.
  • Lead generation by maintaining own Database through Internet research, Social Media, Job Boards, and References
  • Researching the needs of hiring companies and learning who makes decisions about recruitment vendor empanelment.
  • Creating a complete daily report in excel sheet and following up.
  • Develop a process for inside sales self monitoring.
  • Taking care of inbound sales queries and closing them 
  • Creating and sharing proposals;Ensuring Services delivery and Payment collections
  • Responsible for Business development of recruitment and Staffing Services in India AND/OR Overseas markets hiring Indians.
  • Understanding Job Specifications of hiring companies and passing them on to the Recruitment team to service.
  • Outbound Cold Calling, Cross-Selling and Upselling, Relationship Management.
  • Manage full sales cycle from inside sales, lead generation, cold calling, sharing presentations, Finalizing Terms & Operating practices.
  • Understanding the client’s business profile, mission, vision, culture, and manpower requirements before passing them to the Recruitment Team to service.
  • Work from Home Flexi Hours option also an option in addition to full-time work from the office
