The Search House provides Recruiters– on – Demand to work “on-site” in your office premises or “off-site” at our office but as dedicated resources working within your current recruiting process. The Recruiters – on – Demand employed, guided and managed by The Search House work with your Managers and Human Resource team to facilitate your current recruiting processes. We then augment your team by taking on recruiting tasks that may include needs identification, job description development, sourcing, screening potential candidates, facilitating interviews and managing the on-boarding process. Our Recruiters – on – Demand execute administrative recruiting tasks including scheduling interviews, maintaining metrics, conducting initial phone screens and assisting in the orientation processes.
