Our client an IT Company based in Noida having a global reach. They connect Retailers with leading eCommerce platforms primarily with NetSuite (a leading ERP software) together with other customized applications through its unique App. This product is sold in India to connect platforms of Amazon, eBay,Spopify & other eCommerce platforms with shipping providers and retailers via a custom interface. They also customize NetSuite ERP to suit business needs of clients. The product automates various EFPs, with special focus in Oracle NetSuite. As part of their growth and expansion plans they wish to further expand sales to Global customers in US, UK and Australia.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, effective  International Telesales Executive to contribute in generating business for the company by selling the customizable E-Commerce Software application . You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

An excellent communicator comfortable in cold calling and presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

 Specific Tasks :

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the E-Commerce product and its features
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements, and close orders directly or direct prospects to the  product marketing manager and jointly close the deal
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

 Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound telesales  or other international sales process
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

Experience: 3-5 years in an Internation telesales process preferably but not essentially in  a Tech process or E-Commerce domain 

Shift Timings: 10 PM – 06:00 AM - Five days working
