Detailed Job Profile

Reporting to Head of the Plant you will be responsible for the entire gamut of Plant HR ,Statutory Compliances,welfare,administration  and Industrial Relations


  • Handling Payroll function and co-ordination with Finance department for timely payment to on roll/ off roll manpower.

Recruitment & Employee Relations:

  • Writing job descriptions, understand the JD and prepare recruitment plan accordingly.
  • Must possess the ability to understand the needs of the business across positions and convert it into suitable JD/vendor communication.
  • Responsible for overall recruitments (sourcing till hiring) in the organization and build up a talent pool pipeline for all levels and verticals.
  • Responsible for yearly Performance Appraisal as per the company policy.
  • Improve employee engagement activities to the best satisfaction of the management.
  • Managing the employee separation process by conducting exit interviews; reviewing on the reasons of attrition and implementing the findings in the selection process.

Training & Development:

  • Training & Development of new joined candidate.
  • Ability to identify the requirement of Training Needs.
  • Knowledge of proper documentation for training records and training calendar.

Statutory and Legal Compliance:

  • Ensure all Admin and HR Policies and procedures including compliances are up to date.
  • To ensure proper maintenance of statutory requirements.
  • Maintenance and supervision of statuary records/ registers/ returns under Factory Acts, PF Acts, ESI Acts, Labour Acts, Bonus Acts and other applicable State Govt. Acts.
  • Good knowledge of Labour Laws.


  • Good experience of Liasioning with Government Departments like Labour, Factory Office, Pollution control board, PF & ESI Office, Police Department & Local councils for licenses, renewals etc.
  • Liaising with vendors and oversee the contracts and their renewals.


  • Handling grievances & concerns in a sensitive manner with empathy & bring them to closure.
  • Conducting investigation in employee grievance/ disciplinary cases and take necessary disciplinary action.

MIS/ Documentation:

  • Experience & knowledge of documentation for ISO certification, TS Audits.
  • Preparation of various reports for the management as required on daily/ weekly/ monthly & yearly basis.

Time Office:

  • Monitor the time office software/ attendance register.
  • Monitoring of personal records of all employees.
  • Prepare / check specific attendance reports on daily / weekly / monthly basis for plant head and Head office.
  • Ensure desired attendance of Staff and workers to ensure low overall absenteeism


  • Exposure in House Keeping & Security Administration.
  • Formulate, modify & implement HR & Administration activities in line with business.
  • Experience in handling Contract labour Management in Plant.

Welfare Activity:

  • Ability to arrange employee welfare activities, functions/ birthday celebrations etc. in the company.
  • Responsible for Employee welfare, health and safety care programmes.


Other requirement:

  • Good communication & interpersonal (people) skills.
  • Working knowledge of computers (MS Office, Emails etc.)
