  • Work with special needs students in elementary schools, middle schools, and high schools to ensure they have the support services they need in order to achieve their highest potential in the areas of academics, personal and social growth, and career development.
  • Integrate learning difficulties with IB program
  • Desire to work with children and a willingness to learn
  • Counseling sessions with special education students.
  • Organize outside-the-classroom learning activities, which include sports and/or school outings
  • Working with students - social, emotional, behavioral, and physical disabilities
  • Work closely with both parents of children so as to achieve progress
  • Prepare lessons and resources with which to teach each child as frequently as is required
  • Carry out administrative duties in the nature of keeping and maintaining records of each child’s progress
  • One-on-one counseling, group counseling, in special education classrooms, as well as in regular education classrooms
  • Experience in dealing students with learning difficulties / disabilities /special needs in a school or with psychiatric clinic / hospital is preferred


  • Maturity, good moral character and integrity
  • Communicate effectively, both written and verbally. -Must be able to monitor the safety and well-being of students
  • Model appropriate behavior and use positive behavior-management techniques
