  • Interacting with clients/Hiring managers essentially over the phone and Emails and as and when required fixing appointments and meeting them at their offices. Addressing queries of the potential clients, understanding their Manpower requirements and Job Specifications for open positions shared
  • Effectively communicating requirement mandates to the recruitment team to ensure the right candidates are identified and placed in the fastest turnaround time (TAT)
  • Maintain relationships effectively with existing & new customers in order to improve the revenue base.

 Soft Skills:

  • 6 months - 4 years of experience in sales / marketing / business development preferably in Recruitment,Staffing, Training or Consulting organizations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Persistent having the ability to handle evasive and difficult customers
