  • Identify, create and promote Homeopathic business
  • Finding newer and unexplored avenues of Business generation for enhancing profitability.

  • Drive sales team for effective strategy implementation for optimum output.
  • Make Strategies to achieve top line & bottom line business of company.
  • Formulate long term and short term company’s promotional plan and inputs.
  • Be an effective team Leader and able to enhance sales team productivity.
  • Provide continous feedback to management relating to market, sales team, competitors, and customer for continuous improvement.

  • Building team through talent acquisition, trainings, performance monitoring, and effectiveness of field force.

  • Identification & follow up of training needs of M.Rs & Managers and giving them coaching for developing strong motivated team.

  • Ensuring Business growth through Effective Monitoring the administration, sales forecasting, proper indenting and redistribution. 
  • Monitoring the Customers Coverage by the Sales Team
  • Coordinating with various departments to undertake developmental activities in designing launch deliverables, and developing marketing plan featuring way forward for the brand
  • Accountable for achieving business goals and increased sales growth
  • Monitoring the Strategy implementation by the field force
  • Handling Marketing /Sales operations for achieving projected growth & profitability and new product launches

  • Preparing sales plan & forecasting for range of products on monthly/yearly basis.
  • Able to formulate long term and short term company’s promotional plan and inputs.
  • Conducting sales promotional medico marketing activity on regular basis for increasing company acceptance and vertical growth.
  • Increasing the customer base by supervising the growth of effective network for increased market penetration, and business mobilization.
  • Build relations with KOL
  • Monitoring the Secondary Sales and Inventory of every H.Q. at every month
  • Monitoring the Customers (Doctors. & Chemist) Coverage by the Managers & M.Rs at every month with the required call average
  • Scrutinize and appoint competent parties as new stockist.
  • To achieve the business objective/Target (sales, collection, growth &pcpm) through the team of RMs, ABMs &MRs.
  • To achieve assigned region business objective/Target (sales, collection, growth) through the team of RSMs, ASMs & SOs. 
  • Monitoring the Sales and Inventory of every H.Q. at every month. 
  • Monitoring the administration, sales forecasting, proper indenting and redistribution
  • Able to achieve  top line & bottom line business of company.
  • Ensuring efficiency in operations and that the individual & group targets are met, by managing & monitoring the performance of team members.
  • Market penetration and brand building through conceptualizing and implementing sales promotional strategies
  • Refining the marketing strategies to escalate business volume through reviewing and interpreting the competition after thorough analysis of market information.
  • Associating & developing channel partners and ensuring maximum visibility/ coverage in the market
